title says it. im not having much luck finding an operator's manual for this thing on my own. ive emailed atlas twice, ive looked for one myself and i can only find a manual from 1996 or newer. now the trick is what im finding says the crane was only manufactured from 96 and up so .. is my plate wrong? i *guess* it could be but that doesnt seem likely to me pdf or paper is fine, free is preferred but i'll pay for one, too.
