What do you have to do to get a rubber track back on a TL130?

I don't have a loader, but an excavator.:beatsme Seems like it should have a grease filled piston that applies pressure to the idler. Look for a grease fitting in the track system, if it's on the end of a bolt it's similar to mine. Loosening the bolt and letting the grease out of the piston will release the track. Good luck, hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in.

track installation I have a TL 126, its about the same machine. Release/back off the track adjuster valve. It should be located in the side rail housing. You might have to take the bucket and a block of wood and push the idler back. You might have to jack the back end up, you can lift the front end with the bucket. I always put the sprocket end on first, then you have to have a guy in the cab and it helps to have two guys on the ground (concrete is easier and yes I have done it with just one guy on the ground) work the track under the under carraiage, as far as you can and then work the top on, of course the goal is the get it over the top of the rollers and idlers and then roll the track and hopefully it will pop on. It is a PITButt, Ive done it about 4 times (replacing tracks) and it doesnt get any easier. New tracks are really harder/stiffer. After you get the track on, tighten the adjuster value and pump the track back out OK NOW, why did the track come OFF???? How are the sprockets? Check the idlers and see if they are loose, check it with a bar. Check the side motion, if there is a bunch of side motion, you always can weld shims, on each side to get you by. Check the track to see, if its too long, stretched it wont stay on, if its too bad. You can get after- market sprockets and idlers for this machine. Check the advertisement at the top, I have bought used stuff from them, about half the price. Ohio Takeuchi, is good people to deal with. Hope this helps, good Luck
