low hydraulic pressure on 215 cat excavator pilot system

hi there, I have a 1979 215 cat excavator. its been setting for 3 years. it worked good when it was parked.i cant get much pressure on the pilot system to get the main system working. lots of oil in the tank. there is some oil pressure in the pilot system.

    hi there,is there anyone out there know were I can get a pilet pump for a 1979 215 cat excavator ser#96L1951. 0r to get the old one rebuilt.thanks
