Lower roller workaround

OK, let’s try this question another way. If I can’t find any rollers for my Kobelco K909 machine and the bushings are shot on a lower roller, what’s a realistic workaround? Just leave as is? Pull the shaft and have a shop make new bushings (don’t know how I’d hold the oil in)? Modify some other roller so it works on my machine? Something I haven’t thought of? Gotta be some creative way to McGyver this thing.
