It's under warranty. Just posting for other LS owners.

That is a compact tractor used for light task. Like loading mulch and perhaps cleaning the cow pen or putting some stone on your drive way. It is not a 988b caterpillar. Use it as a 988 and it will be broken I have seen things like this happen with kubotas new hollands and john deere compacts. This was not the fualt of the machine judging by the underside of the bucket.

Sorry man, that stinks for you, but - Not a super robust front axle. They aren't a skid loader or backhoe made for pushing dirt. Looks like the bottom rear bolt was gone, then then the rest of the bolts sheared when the flange got loose?

Knock on wood, I've spent thousands of hours running Kubota compact tractors (B and L series), using the loaders to the full capacity and have never seen a failure like that. My current B3200 has 1400hrs on it with much of that being loader work, there isn't a bit of paint left on the lower half of the bucket. FWIW, most of the equivalent size tractors share the same front axles with the TLB or loader landscaper models, B3200 same as B26 TLB, L3200 same as L39 TLB, etc. Not knocking LS per se, but often you get what you pay for...

I've seen that happen on a Hough 90 Payloader approaching a truck with the bucket up. A very quick thinking operator prevented it flipping over by dropping the bucket. That was the second time it'd happened and last. A very clever bloke in the workshop fabricated a complete front axle housing.

Kioti DK35SE overloaded many times never broke an axle but I have blowed lift cylinder seals
