Massey Ferguson 200 Dozer – Steering Issue

I’m looking into picking up a cheap ** 200 Dozer with a 6 way and wanted your input on it. The guy says it will steer but usually when you release lever and try to re-engage the right track it usually won’t re-engage. It lags bad and he has to keep working the lever to get it to engage. Maybe just as simple as lubing and working some linkages? If not and it’s the clutch itself, are parts available for these? Thank you.
