i have an older bobcat 863 2001 i believe, the fuel wont come out of the tank i can blow air into the tank, but it seems like the fuel line intake is not on the bottom of the tank, any solutions that dont require removing the tank?

How buried in crud is the fuel line? Can you see the whole line to the tank outlet? Ran into a few that had an inline fuel filter that was buried in the pan and clogged up.

I would pull the right hand cover off and the rear wheel off and pull the line out of the grommet and see if it broke off, i just had this issue on my 863 and the fuel line was broke off. I had the same issue and could blow air through but no fuel come out. I've tried the oem fuel line and have broke off 3 sets in 10 years, this last time i am using truck air line, as someone else stated on this page (fingers crossed). Its going to be a messy job if you've never washed it off under the motor.

Sounds like the suction tube broke and fell off in the tank....Bobcat is famous for shritty material used on fuel suction lines. Mine broke while setting in front of the shop, idleing while the Bobcat salesman dropped off a new bucket. Ed

There are two types of suction lines on older Bobcats. Broken ones, and almost broken ones.
