Untill today i cant fixed my pc200-7 issues..it already happen a month ago..the problems is engine suddently change in slow mode while operating about 5 to 10 minutes..all function likes moving track,arm,bucket cannot operate normal..all goes too slow.. But if i stop the engine, then start it again, it become work as normal..only around 5 to 10 minutes operating that problem happen again. The engine suddently run in slow mode.. i already called technician.he said this issues have relation with filter..he changes all filter.oilfiter,hidraulic filter etc...it work..but only 3 days after..then this problem happen again... anyone expert please help me to fix this issues..thanks alots.
Does the engine go to low idle or to low engine mode like you changed the operating mode
yes mr.while in operating mode, sometimes engine go to low idle..so in this condition, machine cannot work as usual..moving track too slow..swing, others operating also..this only can be solved by swich off the engine then start again. engine running good.can operating as usual..after 10 minutes like that, problems again..so my operator should swiched off and start back.. how to fix this issues mr???
Well for one I'd call your tech. back and tell him he didn't fix the problem. Let me do some checking for you cause I'm more familiar with the Case excavators than the Komatsu.

Is there a number display for throttle value like 1-10? does this have a stepper motor for throttle control? Best bet is to pull codes it might be derating if komastu does that.
did you mean throttle value display on computer screen sir?? the problems is display screen already broken..hahaa..cannot see or read anything..may be komatsu tech will fixed what is the issues actually..i already called UMW tech last week..cannot solve also..got headaches lorr. thinking what problems actually..
I would say from what I've been told that your throttle driver is causing the problem. Tech should be able to shed more light on the subject and also have a bottle of asprin for you.
