See the attachment. You will require an external hand pump (some call it a volume bucket) to pressurize the braking system in order to release the parking brakes.
Just burn it where it sits.. lol
What nige said or pull the axles out the finals. It will free wheel and take off be careful
As a result of seeing too many "it won't happen to me" brown trouser moments I'm always a bit reluctant to suggest pulling the axles unless there is no other alternative, but in this case there is.
Might be a problem coming up with 8C-7311 adapter as the rest of the brake release pump was for h model dozers I used to keep one in my hystat test box because they were hard to come by
Maybe search for a Dash 8 37deg JIC to Dash 8 ORFS adapter.
There is a lot more to it if you use the cat volume pump You know the one with a pressure relief valve on it If you don't use the pump with a relief valve on it do not go over the spec for brake pressure it will break the brake pistons
