i grew up in excavating biz, i'm 52 now...i was rather flattered when the "cadillac" contractor that ran 4 underground crews called and wanted to know where i was digging...he'd pull up, watch for awhile...one day i had to ask him...you're the master, what the hell you doing on my jobsite all the time? he responded..everyday you have to learn, you do things differently than we do, some of it a LOT better, i'm watching, learning, will go implement the better things with our crews when i get back.....that's why i joined this forum, to listen to you guys, to learn, to implement what you've done, used...and make more money!!!!!!
