No force on boom lift volvo ec210cl

gregor89 · 2023-06-13 16:57

Witam.

google sez Polish Hello. I have a problem with my Volvo ec210cl excavator. The excavator does not have the strength to lift the boom with the load, i.e. it lifts, but barely. In G mode, when the boom lift is powered by two pumps, there is a lack of force and speed if I put on a broken pressure sensor on the p1 pump that shows the 40 bar all the time, the excavator lifts normally until it puts too much strain on the engine. Where to look for the cause? Servis was there, but they couldn't fix it

You need the correct pressure sensors. Replace SW9101 & 9102

Apologies, sensor numbers are 9121 and 9122

Ddziękuję za odpowiedź. Czujniki wymieniłem już wcześniej na nowe kupione w serwisie. Niestety, ale wymiana nie pomogła.

Thank you for your reply. I have already replaced the sensors with new ones bought on the website. Unfortunately, but the exchange did not help.

Did you confirm the part number. If you put a pilot sensor, which looks identical, it will misbehave. The hydraulic functions will be terribly slow.

English is the official language of HEF and all posts need to be in English. Gregor89 please use a translator to post in English. Thanks

High pressure sensors are certainly ok, in service mode the display shows a pressure of 320 Bar. It looks as if a valve on the distributor did not combine the expenses from two pumps in G mode. The pressures are ok but there is no lifting force

  12. #12CM19952023-06-14 20:02

Well if we can't follow the basic of rules here on HEF then the thread is closed for further MOD review.

Thread is back open. The official language of HEF is English and all posts must be in English. That includes translating for others. Carry on.

I will add that the left caterpillar spins 11 seconds slower than the right one. The excavator lifts poorly on the boom.

  15. #15funwithfuel2023-06-16 13:13

Do you have a pattern change valve?

  16. #16gregor892023-06-16 13:48

no, rather not. When I connect this old broken sensor, no matter whether under p1 or p2, then the excavator has power only then the engine is probably too heavily loaded. Could this be a problem with the vecu driver?

  17. #17funwithfuel2023-06-16 14:01

You're going to have to gauge the load sense pressure coming back to the regulators from the main control valve. How does the bucket function work?

  18. #18gregor892023-06-16 14:22

The bucket funcrion works rather ok, although it could have a little more strength. Where is the load sensor?

  19. #19funwithfuel2023-06-16 15:15

In service mode, pull up pilot pressure . Exercise the boom function, watch the values, then do the same with the bucket. See if one of the sensors is broken or failed. Please see attached

  20. #20gregor892023-06-16 16:09

The sensors are certainly good, I replaced the ones that were broken, I installed a new pump, a new main control valve, and practically nothing has changed, the volvo service could not fix it. Or maybe the problem is in conflux cutoff selenoid (boom up)?

  21. #21funwithfuel2023-06-16 16:21

Conflux won't kill track speed. One pump or the other is not stroking up. Pressure is one thing, flow is another. The slow track tells us that.

  22. #22gregor892023-06-17 12:13

Excavator with empty bucket in G mode lifts quickly and normally, the problem is lifting the boom with full bucket. It looks as if the excavator did not know the load or did not properly adjust the pump capacity.

  23. #23funwithfuel2023-06-17 16:23

Does the boom drift? If you raise it up and stop, does. She hold or drift down to the ground?

pozostaje na swoim miejscu, nie spada

Looks good from here. There was no debris, rubber or plastic in there, correct?

  28. #28gregor892023-06-17 18:18

Sorry, stays in place, doesn't fall off

  29. #29gregor892023-06-17 18:22

no, none of these things, this valve is already a little worn in the picture so you can't see it, but would it affect the lack of force on the boom?

  30. #30gregor892023-06-17 18:28

In the F operating mode, the excavator works normally, but it is definitely not enough in the mine.

  31. #31funwithfuel2023-06-17 18:56

You said that's a new pump? I'm really thinking you a have a regulator issue.

  32. #32funwithfuel2023-06-17 18:58

In F mode, you're in reduced displacement for maximum force. In G or H please try the boost button. See if that makes a difference. You should see the little strongman appear on the display

  33. #33gregor892023-06-18 03:45

When I press the power boost, the strongman lights up, besides there is no difference, the excavator raises the boom poorly all the time. in service mode, when I press boost power, I see that the pressure increases by 30Bar, but otherwise nothing changes

  34. #34gregor892023-06-18 08:04

So new pumps, worked maybe 50 hours. My hands are down and I don't know what to do next. When I connect this broken sensor, the controller sees only 40Bar of pressure at the pump outlet, then the pumps work at maximum efficiency
