i have an old pc220lc-3 that i have done a bunch of work on. Hydralic pumps reworked... i replaced turbo as well due to locked up impeller. and low power issues...every thing is running fine...except arm in and out is slow. it was loading up engine and i checked tvc and adjusted accordinly..engine is running fine now but arm function is slow... any ideas? :Banghead i'm sure i missed something....
