HI, this is melben, I used to post regularly on backhoes and loader forum this site, the reason for this post is that you guys may be more in line to talk to, I am looking for parts for a Y9-A or OTC 4221 flow meter, I need the wraparound frame and a cover, from OTC they are made of unobtanium, People with shop experience are more likely to work with test equipment and may know where there is a dead unit for parts. Any leads appreciated, am looking for a shop that specializes in flow meter repair
