the otbreaker will go down but will not come back up. took the valve body apart and put it back together and it worked for about a week. it set for a couple of weeks and the outbreaker bled down and now it won't go back up. does anybody know what the problem is?
Your outrigger/stabilizer went down, but won't come back up? And it did this before you took the valve apart, and taking the valve apart fixed it for about a week? Is the valve spool moving the same distance as the other outrigger? and is that valve spool leaking a little oil out of the bottom valve cap? or was that cap full of oil when you took it apart before?
