P-300 Blades

Hi,new to this form having fun.I work for the M.D. we have 600 miles of roads to maintain.Some how I lucked out and I was one of too guys told to work with this new blade.Has anyone tried them. http://www.olofsfors.com/Eng(gb)/Products/Olofsfors P300 Original.ept?ptid=4750

    We have already tried something similar, worked great on asphalt, to remove compacted snow. The in-connivance of these blades is that they do wear fast.

    I found that , if the roads are hard you have to lower them twice a day.The other Grader using the flat blades "They say is for Gravel" he wore them out in 1 week.So far I don't like how they don't wear even.
