I have a PC 200-8 with hydraulic issues. Have had mechanics run through it and believe the pumps are to blame. All of my functions only hit 280 before relief except for my Trax that hit full relief pressure. Komatsu figures the pumps are to blame but I just can't seem to get around the fact that when the pumps are divided they hit proper relief. Changed the merge divider valve thinking it had a crack or was washed out... Didn't help. Anyone run into this. Thanks
First, you should look at the monitor display gauge and show us what error codes display on your machine.
There were no error codes. Turns out it was the pump. Must of had internal leakage and some how was causing the odd symptoms.
