Hi valuable members and admins I have 9 fault codes on the monitor and we changed the PC and LC solenoids but the fault codes still remains.engine runs for about 10mins and cuts out by itself.
Was wandering if these fault codes can be cancelled from the monitor itself or need software plug in.We have done whatever we think we can but no luck to date.
Fault codes as follows: E217 E222 E223 E227 E232 E233 E246 E306 E316
do you need workshop for this model?
Here are what the codes mean. E217 abnormality in model code input E222 short circuit in LS-EPC solenoid E223 disconnection in LS-EPC solenoid E227 abnormality in engine revolution sensor E232 short circuit in PC EPC solenoid E233 disconnection in PC EPC solenoid E246 disconnection in ATT flow rate adjusting EPC E306 abnormality in fuel dial E316 abnormality in governor motor step out The E in front of the number means that the problem is still there. The E will go out when the reason for the code is cleared but the numbers in the codes will stay in the memory. They can be cleared from the diagnostics menu by holding down the upper triangle and then pushing 1 then 2 then 3. when you release the button another menu will come up for clearing the codes. If they don't clear, it means the problem is still there. By looking at the codes as a whole, my feeling is that you have a damaged wiring harness.
Thanks guys.the error codes are gone but the digger is struggling to handle boom functions and track.
Have been tracing electrical harness and found out solenoid voltage to be at 7v on idle and drops down to 2v in full load till it cuts the engine out.
Maybe workshop manual would be great.
Thank you John.
