Hello, Guys! I have a Komatsu PC200-7 my problem is the hydraulic controls are too fast Reacts/Response is very Quick and Fast. When i will use the hydraulic control joystick from neutral to full quick engine will react and smoke comes out. And if i use the travel levers from neutral to full it will also smoke and runs very fast. By the way travel speed modes are okay but in high speed i think its too much its very fast. Can it be pump pressure is too high? Or what is the problem. Or can i adjust the hydraulic flow in the monitor attached below. Thank you

I guess the first thing is, can you feather the controls. By the way you described, you're going from neutral to full demand and are surprised by the engine and hydraulics meeting your demands. Do you have gauges and T fittings? Are you experienced at all with the mechanical aspects of your machine? What kind of exposure to working on equipment have you had?
Maybe your PC or LS selenoid pilot valve jammed
That maybe just your perception. Most of the guys will be happy to have your “problem” Did you check the cycle times against specs? That’s how you identify your speed problems. Smoke might be caused by restriction in engine air supply, or turbo lag.
