Yes and no. I've been told the base engines are the same but the fuel systems were smaller. I never worked on the pickups but that is what my fuel pump people used to tell me. They would rebuild or supply me with rebuilt or exchange injectors when those machines were only a few years old. Your machine is likely a gray market machine by that C prefix in the serial number. I stopped working on engines some years ago so stand to be corrected.
Indeed is a grey market machine, H&E loses their mind every time they gotta get parts on it for some reason. If you look up injectors for it online and specify komatsu or pc200 they want 1200 for a set of six but the have others listed as interchangeable for truck and excavators for about 450
