Turn the key and nothing. No power to the key switch . Need wiring diagram. Cleaned battery connections, batt is at 12.7V Main block fuse at the battery is good. Checked all the fuses. There are 4 relays in a box R1,R2,R3,R4 I don't know what they do. Safety lock lever switch checks out. Can't find a diagram on line except for one that covers way more machines than I need. Thanks if you have any info.
Positive side of battery has two leads one to starter the other goes through a fusible link then to key switch and fuse 7 and 8 in fuse panel. Do you have 12v on "B" terminal of key switch or fuse 7 or 8 in fuse panel?
Don't have power to any of the terminals. There's a big red connector at the battery they call the block fuse. Probably the same as the fusible link. May have found it, not sure. There are two lockout levers one on either side. Someone has jammed and bent the lever so the switch is depressed. Don't know if these switches cut power to the start switch. Hope so, find out tomorrow.
Another mechanic found it. It was the 'block fuse' next to the battery (main fuse). While it wasn't burnt, there was corrosion inside of it.
