Hi, i have a 1999 Pel Job EB22 which works fine when revs flat out but cut revs down and levers don't move bucket or boom or dipper. Plenty of hydraulic oil in it. blade works fine and tracks ok , it just feel like something sticking as when revs are higher it moves fairly sharp like a valve releasing. can anyone help. Thought it might be hydraulic pump but seems to have plenty of power. Raggy.
Do to servo controls (bucket/boom/dipper) work after/whilst operating a track motor lever on low revs? If so my posting on this site may help.
