Bidding the site prep on a 80 unit apartment complex, plans are in DWG format, I can't open anything except the soils report that is in pdf format. Tring to get something done this weekend:Banghead, any thoughts??
There are free downloads available for DWG viewing. Do you need to import the drawings into a specific software program or just be able to view them?
Just view for now, I'll do a search for DWG viewing, a good old set of plans would be nice.
DWG is a file format for Autocad. A free viewer is available from the maker of Autocad which is Autodesk. ( www.autodesk.com ) Other cad programs can open or edit DWG files also.
