First and foremost, thank you so much in advance! I'm a hobby rancher who purchased a 2003 Z-60/34 Genie Manlift sight unseen from an auction, knowing there were some risks involved. Welp, it got delivered today and drives, turns, goes up/down mostly ok. But, when trying to rotate/spin she only goes counter-clockwise. When I press the switch to go clockwise, it just goes CCW albeit more slowly. Same behavior from either set of controls. Searching here and other places gave me a couple of ideas around checking coils or possible hydraulic issues but before I go down that rabbit hole, any and all suggestions would be very much appreciated.
