Hie guys I have a pp350e which im working on and it has a slow boom up movement.the machine is worn out inside so much that it has no display and i havent hooked up any test gauges yet on it .iv only checked the relief valves and they seem to check out.and on another note it seems to have this whining noise when going up and this is coming from the main pump.any leads
