My 315CL is 425 What were you doing when you obtained the pressure readings? Can you post the serial number.

I would like to know what the pressure is with either the boom or stick dead headed with the throttle in a medium setting. A service manual will quickly become your best friend.

Hmmm... Sure sounds like a swivel from here..... Probably have to dump more info like hours, maint items, any other issues, etc.

Hi, If we talk about relief pressure settings of your machine, travel relief setting should be around 31400kpa(4550psi). To check this first move stick in and out few times until hydrauluc oil tempreture reaches about 55 celcius. Place the power mode switch to power 3 position. Put the engine speed dial to position 10.AEC switch should be at the off position. Now no load engine speed should be around 2180rpm. Now block forward left or right travel by putting a stopper between the gear of sprocket and slowly move the relevant travel control lever to full forward position and hold, now check the pressure reading whether is it with in the above mentioned level. To check pilot pressure, set the machine's settings as above mentioned and check the pressure gauge at the pilot pump delivery pressure tap and it should be around 3450kpa(500psi).
