Priming hydraulic pump procedute?

Looking for a proper procedure for priming dual hydraulic pumps on a John Deere 350Glc. I had to replace the engine and I removed the pumps with it. There is a plug on top of the housing between the pumps, but not sure if that is for filling the pumps. 2012 JD vin# 1FF350XTCE808707 Thanks in advance

    Remove the plugs and fill the tank. The tank level when full should be above the level of the plug and naturally flood the pumps.
