I would like to know what should be the standard value of rail pressure on komatsu SAA6D107E-1 engine at low idle and at high idle. I found a pressure value between 700bar at low idle and 900 to1000 bar when arm in is releived. Is that normal? how can we check if fuel pump is good?
The pressure vary so quickly so you cannot see the variation on the monitor, all you can see is a constant pressure. You should use leakage test that will tell you if pump or injectors are defective
