I recently bought a Case 90xt project and will be needing some advice. To start out with, I need to fill the hydraulic tank (it’s empty now) and would like to know what kind of oil to use. I was told 10-30 motor oil can be used, is that correct?
A lot of Case skid steers used 10W-30 oil in the hydraulic system even up into the 2010's. The older stuff called for an HTO additive but I've been told the newer oils are fine.
