My 310a is slow responding when moving the shuttle lever to the forward position (it is fine backing up) so I am wanting to replace the filters and check the sump screen that I believe is in the transmission case where the horizontal filter connects to the case with a short hose. It appears that the horizontal filter and housing must be completely removed to get access to the sump screen. Does anyone know if I am understanding this correctly? Thank
