Replaced Hydraulic Pump on Komatsu PC50MR-2, Now Excavator is Slow – Is the AC Pump the Issue?

Hi everyone, I recently replaced the hydraulic pump on my Komatsu PC50MR-2, which originally didn’t have an AC (air conditioning) pump. I ordered a new hydraulic pump, but this one came with an AC pump. After installing it, the excavator works, but it’s running much slower than before. Could the issue be related to the new pump with the AC, or is there something else I should check? Any advice would be appreciated!
