I have an RT175 Terex crane with a 1580 P & H winch Trying to pull the brake apart. Anybody with winch experience would be glad to hear from you I have tried pulling the center hub with a puller bar And also tried pulling the outer hub with a 3 way puller There is some rust, to be sure..... Sorry I didn't update this post. I pulled the piston out and would be glad to post more pictures and details if anyone needs the advice.......
What did you find wrong with the brake?
the piston was seized. went ahead and replaced steels and brake discs
