s150 overheating. 1600 hours i recently powerwashed the unit cleaning out the radiator at the same time. limited use since then. this weekend was moving dirt and 10 minutes in an alarm went off- i looked and it was in the red temp range. machine full of antifreeze- i saw somewhere that the coolers lift up for cleaning? i will check that to see if i washed them in and clogged them? what else should i look for?

Belt drive fan? Or hydraulic drive?

So I lifted the 1 cooler and power washed the lower one. seemed to run mid temp for 10 min or so just moving stuff around (forks) started moving dirt and overheated in 5 minutes never a problem before I washed the machine the other week no what?

Check the cooling fan. If belt drive, is the belt unbroken? Tensioner working? If a newer serial and hydraulic fan drive, does the fan speed up when machine is hot ?

Fan belt is a narrow v belt. Tensioner is spring loaded, should be able to push belt loose and tensioner will snap back. https://www.fridayparts.com/cooling-fan-belt-tensioner-kit-7302291-for-bobcat-track-loader-t140-t180-t190-t200-t250-t300

ok- belt is loose so i will try to see if i can get the tensioner moving to free it up or to see if the spring has failed and needing replaced. likely not untill the weekend tho
