s220 bobcat fuel pull relay trigger wire not energizing

Swannny ยท 2022-02-01 16:32

2004/2005 Bobcat s220 fuel pull relay not working due to no power in wire 8110 from controller. Question is what prompts the controller to energize this wire? Controller is new.

    Is there a code.

Should be key switch input to controller then hold is powered by confirmation of oil pressure and engine speed.

Thanks for the replies! Looks like I jumped the gun and assumed replacing the controller with a new one would fix the previous problem of fuel shut off and traction lock woes before bobcat had a chance to program it. Thought programming only affected the hand controls, but I was wrong. Programming fixed the two problems. Btw: heads up trying to get any new controllers from bobcat, or used ones from salvage yards for that matter. Seems so many people are stocking up on parts due to the engineered economic collapse. A couple electronic companies are successfully repairing the controllers. Found out JOhn Deere has no new skids to sell this year. Bobcat and Kubota still are, but selection getting thinner by the day.
