Hello and thanks for reading, our company recently purchased a Vermeer s650tx with a couple hundred hours on it, worked great until the operator presence switch gave us trouble, we had to jump on the foot pad like a bounce house to get the job finished. Now we ordered a new switch and relay from Vermeer replaced said switch and relay and the machine won’t move at all, anyone with any info that could help? Cheers
Check the wiring?
Yes, I’ve exposed the switch by removing the foot pad, had it operating fine adjusted the lever on the switch and it stopped working, took the lever out completely would not work, jumped the switch and the hydraulics would work but the lock out would not come out of the sprocket. Seems like something electrical, gunna dig deeper when I have a chance
