hello everyone, while i was trenching recently, i had a leak develop on my hyd. pump located under the radiator. leaks seems to come in between the mount on the engine. the trencher production slowed down, and im getting air bubbles out of the leak when the machine is running. the lift arms and bucket work but are slower and feel different when operating the machine. machine is a case 70xt serial # jaf0371279, pump info is sauer danfoss 19 oct 2004, 87442244. my questions are do i rebuild, reseal the pump, or can i only replace it? and what does one cost approx? are there any suppliers other than case that sell good replacements at a better price? my machine only has 1400 original hours on it, and it is still in great shape, i am the second owner. not too impressed with the trencher right now, it may be for sale shortly as i think it may be easier and more effecient to just use the takeuchi tb135 to trench with in the future.
