Shovel productivity per hour

Hi all, I work as a mine operation trainer on the copper open-pit mine and the task that faces us now is to reduce the time load for each truck and to increase hourly productivity. We use four shovels HITACHI EH 3600-6E with electric drive and eighteen Cats 785B dump trucks . We want to improve our performance up to 2,500 tons per hour for each shovel.
