Simon 32/21 aerial platform mechanics?

I've got a early 90s Simon 32/21 platform lift with a Diesel engine. The thing will barely move when the platform isn't stowed. Anyone know a resource to find a wiring/ hydraulic schematic? I think the machine must have an auto slow function when the boom is up? I'd like to adjust the relief setting so it can actually move. Also the telescope won't pull back in from the bucket, only from ground controls.. definitely needs some adjustment.
