On our 9k hour SK350-10, the P1 pump strokes after startup, to full, even with the pilot locked out. The only way to see it drop is to engage the pilot and bump any control. At this point, the P1 pump destrokes. Within a minute, it starts all over again. Normal Rising Full stroke Stumped as to where to look. Basic complaint was hydraulic overheat.
is your auto warm up function turned on the psv's and regulators are interchangable between p1 and p2. I would sway psv then regulators.
