Skyjack SJ3219 vibration and noise, only turning left

My Skyjack SJ3219 developed a rhythmic clicking noise and vibration every time it is driven to the port side (left turn), both forward and reverse. It has a total of less than 4 hours on the clock. Driving to the starboard side, smooth and normal. This issue developed after the steer cylinder was replaced at 1 hour due to a hydraulic leak. The drive motor on the left front wheel was replaced @ 3 hour per warranty, but the problem persisted and possibly worsen. Listening while someone else drives the unit, the noise seems to come from the motor, but this can not be as there is a new motor. The dealer tech appears to have given up. I can not make rational sense of the problem, why only left turn causes it!? Someone has any idea? Thanks!

My vintage 3219 makes a similar sound. And so does the brand new 3219. The hydraulic circuit is being sent to both motors but when turning one wheel must go faster than the other. I figure it is the motor internal relief bypassing Has anyone tried to *elevate the machine and spin the drive wheels to determine if the noise is only present when the wheel is engaging the concrete floor? *Easily done with a warehouse or bigger forklift.
