I have an old Skywitch manlift. I am looking for an operators manual or a service manual, just any information I can find. I particularly want to know how to get the steering wheels to turn when the unit is being towed. Is there some release mechanism that will allow the hydraulics to move freely to allow easy movement of the steering wheels?
