Cat 953C 2ZN Having trouble keeping some of the segments tight. I have welded the segments end to end. Anybody else have this problem? Solutions?

See my answer to your question re loose roller bolts. If the sprocket segment bolts have come loose previously and then simply re-tightened, you won't be able to keep the bolts tight, because the loose bolts have wallowed out the holes in the sprocket rim. These bolts must be a tight fit in their holes at all times, to ensure they can't move in the slightest. If the bolt holes are wallowed out, they must be built up with weld and redrilled to correct dimensions, that ensures the bolts fit tightly.
