Can't start Excavator PC 450LC-7. No electrical abnormality found. Engine wiring is changed. Engine controller, FIP, Common Rail, Injecter also changed. When we try to start smoke comes & engine is about 70% to start afterthat its speed is down again. Help me anyone pls.....

What elevation is this at? I don't understand "engine is about 70% to start". Do you mean the cranking speed is almost fast enough to start, and then it slows down? I'd think hydraulic drag if that's happening. Do you get white smoke from fuel, or dark smoke from a cylinder firing?
