I have a steering issue that my pettibone will only turn to the left. And when turning back to the right the steering wheel turns but tires do not. It was moving 100 or so feet when I purchased it then turning on me on its own. I had it transported to me and only parked. But when I started her up she hasn’t worked right. I’ve had it for 6 months with little to no use other than that. Replace all hydraulic hoses new. Ive seen no leaks.
More than likely you have 1 or more steering cylinder packings that are leaking internally.
