Hi everyone I recently had issues with the ec controller in my hitachi ex120-3 I have had it replaced with a refurbished one but now have no power to ec motor all fuses are good and there is power to relay and relay is good , anyone have any idea what to check next ?? Thanks
So you do not have any power to the 4 pin plug at all that goes to the ec motor ? The voltage comes straight out of the ecm . Back prob the wires right at the ecm . No power coming out then make sure the ecm has power. If it does have power going to it and none going out to the ec motor then the ecm is toast . A bad ecm or ex motor will take each other out . Make sure the key is off when unplugging the connectors , if you don’t you get a voltage spike and it blows the ecm
