I am trying to fine tune the raise lower left foot control for smoother operation. The right foot controller is perfect, easy to control. The problem with the right seems like there is pressure holding the spool. So when I push on it seems to take a certain amount of pressure to break it out of the center. It then jumps right too a fast move, skipping over the slow creep. It raises or lowers about a foot quickly jerking the whole machine around. I have removed all detent balls and springs, I also replaced all bushings and greased all pivot points. It has been like this since I have owned it, maybe its normal. maybe the spool is worn out with 2000 hrs on it? any ideas would help.
