swing bearing hitachi ex60-3

I am looking to but the ex60-3. The current owner said he replaced the swing bearing a year ago. I noticed the while the wind was blowing hard it was rocking it a bit. He said that started after the bearing swap. What else could be causing the rock, also is it a big deal or not. thanks in advance

    Good day If it is that bad fit a couple of floats and a sail as an excavator its a cost out weighs the revenue. Kind regards Uffex

    Rocking because of wind? That some strong wind and very loose upperbody. Swing bearing are new or rebuild?
