My t190 tracks lose power under load was just forward but now doing when backing to.Just running around its ok but if i have to go up a hill it quits pulling or if i try to cut to grade under load tracks quit pulling and when i let go of joy stick when it quits pulling it will stay nuder load for 3 or 4 sec then it will release.....i need help please.
Welcome to HEF Jakebraker. :drinkup At the very moment the drive looses power, keep the drive levers engaged and try lifting the bucket or loader arms. If they don't respond as well, check your drive belt tension.
Thank you and i did that already and its good.
is the engine bogging down at the same time? if it is, i'd start with the fuel system :drinkup
No sir rpm's stay up the four relief valves look good but i did have shavings in the left drain case filter the right one did not.
steel or brass debris? pull the hyd filter, and dump it into a clean container, take a look at the oil. any pulsating in the drive handles? steel debris is from the drive motor, brass is from the pump pistons and /or valve plate
looks like steel i cut the hyd filter open and its clean and its joy stick the charge pres is good until it stops pulling then it starts droping like a rock.
you have a drive motor going out on the side where you found the debris. when the charge pressure drops, you loose brake pressure, and the other motor stops pulling. :drinkup
makes since and to be clear about this whole thing the machine has always tracked strait and both tracks stop at the same time forward or backwards so if one side is going out it will make both tracks quit at the same time?
if you have a bad drive motor, and it starts dumping charge pressure into the closed loop, charge pressure and flow to the other motor and brake valve decreases. the brakes come on, travel stops, and likely a low charge pressure warning is on. from recent experience the charge relief will also be partially stuck open, charge pressure will be low even after the motor is replaced. you'll need to pull the charge relief from the pump, clean it, and insert a small magnet into the valve seat to remove any debris :drinkup
Ok..... sounds like plan to me and thank you for your help.
jakebreaker just checking in to see how your project is going..
