When I start my T200 it seems like the throttle is welded in the position that I left in when I shut it down. All of the yellow LED's come, on, the bar is down and all of the hydraulics work. But I cannot move the throttle. After the engine is run for about 5 minutes, the throttle operates as I expect it to. Is this normal? Is it a bug or a feature?
