hi guys I got a Takeuchi tb1140 excavator that has an issue with the hydrolic system when it's cold. When it's cold you can't feather the hydrolics at all. It's either all or nothing. First my boom started then the swing and now the bucket. I changed the oil and filters but seems like no differents. Any ideas??
