Takeuchi TB175 High Speed INOP

I helped a friend rebuild the undercarriage of his Takeuchi TB175 and now he cannot adjust the track tension due to his machine not switching into high speed. His instrument cluster is only partially functional like several other mentioned on here. Years ago he said his machine was shutting down due to a false cooling error and a mechanic disabled something and there is no 20A fuse one the "monitor" location of fuse box 2. We replaced the fuse but it didn't change anything. We jumped the last of the three solenoids next to the counterweight with 24v and ran the right track but no speed increase. What can we check? The instrument cluster shows the red LED's across the top but that is about all that works on it.

Update - We attempted to apply 24v to the last (next to counterweight) of the three solenoids located on the same valve body with no change in track speed. The instrument module is "dead" with the exception of the red lights across the top. Does someone on here know of a way to bypass the non-functioning controls and get the machine into fasttrack so the track tension will adjust? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what is going on with your High Speed button. For adjusting the tracks, that has always been just adding more grease pressure to tighten the tracks, and loosening the nut to slowly to release pressure when loosening the track. Sometimes I move the tracks forwards and backwards a bit to help the track adjuster cylinder move.
